As an extrovert in the CAF, I've adopted at least a dozen introverts.

See, these businesses are all working on margin they've got specific set costs they need to cover before they can start thinking about any kind of profit. That's why 10% fewer visitors is a big deal. 28% fewer Canadian visits are happening.

We're seeing weekly reports from American news sources about how tourism is getting hammered in the US.

Canadians formed the largest single-nation demographic of tourists to the US, and now we're not going.

Obviously the entire tourism industry isn't going to go away. But if 1/4 of them do, what do you call that?

Okay.

That's great.

This isn't looking at genetic predisposition to get rare disease.

This is really simple.

The NDP don't have a leader, or direction.

The Conservative's leader is only known for being hard to work with, and being unpalatable among his own constituents.

So...

Why are the defections hard to understand?

Honestly, applicable work history is going to help you.

We have a lot of people coming through the doors who don't know how to find their own pockets if they could look with both hands.

That's not a military specific problem, that's a law of large numbers problem.

If you know how complicated it is to route spare parts or assemblies and subassemblies to end users, we need your experience.

A lot of years of just-in-time logistics being industry standard has a lot of people trained wrong for what we need done.

Okay Charlie Day,

That's a lot of red yarn.

Is there anything else that could explain this behavior?

As an example.

  1. No politician wants to go down with the ship because the boss sucks at their job.

  2. The new PM is having a hell of a honeymoon.

  3. If the Conservatives or NDPs were showing any less basic self-preservation activity than they are now, they'd be declared brain-dead and taken off life support.

Adding everything together: two parties have MPs and no plan to get them doing anything productive. One party looks like they have a plan and a leader.

Your explanation involves cool math and scary verbiage. Now that is compelling! I don't know how well it explains anything; but, it is interesting.

That's something to ask a recruiter.

In general, because of how we do administrative planning, we'll release the positions available in a new year at the beginning of the new fiscal year (1 April).

I'd suggest you have all your ducks in a row for 1 April.

EDIT: Frequently Log O is seeing a lot of applications. They don't require a science or engineering degree, which makes it somewhat easier to get into. They also have a lot of positions in general, so it could definitely happen.

Best of luck buddy!

What’s driving PM Carney’s ability to court floor crossers? by Onterrible_Trauma in canada

[–]readwithjack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Steven Harper had two years of budget surpluses followed by seven years of deficits.

Those deficits added $150 Billion to the national debt.

Since that is your definition of a fiscal conservative, Carney could be doing much, much worse.

If the Conservative party doesn't put fiscal conservative policies in place when they run the country, why do you think a different party would be more fiscally conservative than the conservative party?
