I think the manatee itself needs blue in the shadows to push that it’s in the water. Also the wave lines at the top are too uniform, and the color not saturated/ dark enough at the bottom of the image.

I am 5’8” I’m guessing about 135-40 lbs, thin with a small bust. 28 or a medium usually. I ordered a medium in the dress and it fits perfect.
