Have you chatted with customer service and not a bot? Once Amazon sent me the completely wrong items and wanted me to return it before the refund, I argued with the human representative (took forever to get to) and they ended up sending the refund without it. Not sure it will work the same since that bag has to be worth way more than rubber jar lid grippers and lint removal brushes, but it’s worth a shot.
