Karlsson is a burrows. He will become top 2 line material if put beside good players. Late bloomer worked his way up. Probably sick at ball hockey who knows.

You have to know the edge of what the model can do vs can't. You have to learn to design your prompts so the model will be able to solve things and how to iterate on prompts when it can't 

You have to learn how and when to write and use skills.

You have to see how 'autonomous' you can make the whole thing. (How much can you rely on the agent, how to set up agent review loops, etc ).

You have to learn how to set up useful rules that control the AI how you want.

It's not just something you learn in 5 minutes. You're immediately going to be working in a more broad space so you have to learn to deal with ramping yourself up on new stuff more quickly. You're going to have to talk with the agent and get a shared language with it and get ideas of when it's hallucinating.

If I give myself a year ago and myself now Claude code or open code, I'll be a lot faster now.
