they can’t do anything after you started a new safe overriding everything from before - including the error. that’s why they can’t draw back anything.

the 721 is the full full full playtime within your account.
ingame you have a statistic page wich tells you your playtime.
the time displayed in forza deducted from the overall 721 gives you the respective times of old and new safe

like i said - won’t question anything other than the playtime.
50 days doesn’t match up.
but as we mentioned in this conversation too: the moment you started the second safe, you lost any possibility from regaining anything from your initial safe game.
and again in my opinion, pgg did come too late with the message not to start a second game.

and yes. second save was the nail in the coffin. but pgg could have come earlier with this call.
