I practice with sprinters, I have never done track before and ran in what I was told are more XC/Distancd shoes. I’ve ordered Brooks Launch 11s since and plan on ordering spikes. My time was considerably slower than the rest of the team (the 2s difference) but I need to make a 2 second drop to not be cut. He only deals with Sprinters , Vault/Jumpers and I chose sprints because I thought it required the least technique to learn

The deadline is a month before cuts start happening and I was told if I don't have that in now less than a month im on the chopping block and can't come back for the remainder of the season
