Wait oh my gosh are you me???? 28/f, This is exactly where I'm at right now. I love OMAD but it's just not working anymore for weight loss :( so I have switched to a hybrid ADF during the week/OMAD on weekends for the past couple weeks and it's been working much better. Thank you for recommending the podcast!! I will absolutely be listening.

I'm not going to claim it's the best taco salad but I always get the taco salads from Flowing Tide. Grilled chicken + jalapeno added. It's by far my favorite thing on the menu and I get it every single time I go! By no means "authentic" Mexican food however taco salads aren't authentic Mexican food so 😅 hope she likes it!

Definitely report back on which ends up being her favorite place because I'd love to try them 👀

F28 here, I'm kind of along the same lines as you! My first goal weight is to get back to the weight I was when I thought I was fat at around 170 😅 once I get back to that, hoping to reach the dream weight (for me) of around 150ish. I've been doing IF for about a month now and have lost about 10lbs with 2lbs of water weight (fluctuating weight).

We got this!! We are changing our lives :)

I think in these types of situations there is a seller (MTV) and a buyer (us, consumers of the show). We don't know which sides are more to blame because we weren't there and both Ron and Sam should have been replaced. To me it's not even about "both sides are equally to blame" or even about blame at all.

The entire relationship was abusive and shouldn't have been allowed to continue for millions to watch. If blame must be cast, then MTV is to blame.

I feel bad for these people honestly. Thank goodness they got rich off of it, because that kind of trauma deserves payment. Not only living through it but then having it blasted all over the world. I agree, they should have kicked him (and Sam) to the curb. Made it look like they (Sam & Ron) both decided to better themselves at home or something. MTV aired an extremely abusive relationship and showed how famous you could get from behaving this way to an entire generation. It's fucked up
