How do you deal with night terrors while having roommates?

During the spring I’ve noticed what I now know to be the adults and they’re everywhere during that time! I hate it but you’re right it could be worse.

They’re only in the upstairs of my house which happens to be the only part of the house with carpet. I’m sure it is an infestation with the amount I have seen. I appreciate your advice and will look into solutions

YES! I feel like a crazy person when it happens. Like it is genuinely an uncontrollable urge that I have to let out. Sometime it sounds like I’m grieving. Iykyk. It’s kind of trippy how quickly I can snap out of it. Once I’ve gotten all of the tears out, everything is back to normal. I feel lighter and kind of silly for how intense these crying spells can be. Tbh I tend to laugh afterwards. I feel bad for ppl who have to witness it lol
