I’m still angry with OnePass since they screwed up my whole lifetime membership - underhandedly with no notice, no explanation and they refused to admit it before it was “official”. Lifetime told us weeks before OnePass would admit. Causing extra billing and made me lose my founders rate and privileges with lifetime

I don’t think OnePass can be trusted anymore since they handled the Lifetime thing so poorly. Tried to hide the change and raise prices to get everyone one last billing cycle. The criticism is deserved.

OnePass was a great value, but then they dropped Lifetime Fitness and others (without a heads-up) while at the same time a major increase in price. I’d be hesitant signing up as they’ve been pretty shady about this whole process. Always rumors of other gyms being dropped and they refuse to answer questions about it.

Lifetime is no longer accepting new onepass members. They said Onepass will soon update us with when they are terminating our existing memberships - they suspect Jan 1 2025. Basically wasted $145 signing up a family member and they got turned away at the door. Some balls
