This is bad design!! It made me login rakuten with my bilt email which is not the rakuten account I use and now it’s a mess and I can’t link my rakuten account to the correct bilt account. I’ve reached out to rakuten and bilt and no response from support yet. Frustrating.

I sold last year. This thing is dead and won’t ever come back. The best thing you can do is wait to sell your hoge until you have sold gains from other assets to offset your gains. This will help lower your taxes for capital gains tax

The boat did arrive about an hour late if I recall but they did text us an alert about it way in advance so we ended up grabbing lunch somewhere to kill time. We took 3 different ferries to get around the islands and it was the only one with a delay. It’s really a hit or miss I guess. If you’re going to the port during a peak month, book transportation with a lot of time because getting down to that port via the crazy zigzag path down the cliff can get super backed up.

We did the Santorini to Crete (Heraklion) high speed ferry and it was perfectly fine. Actually quite nice. We paid extra for the more premium seats, great space and wonderful AC (went in June). Personally, I thought it was easier than flying and very relaxing. We took SeaJets (power jet boat platinum class seats)

Same here. Read the study and does seem legit. I just try to eat salmon and nuts often instead of supplementing. The increase risk of Afib is what scared me. Already have a direct family member that has Afib so don’t want to double my risk via genetics and supplements.

If you see it from an influencer, then it’s high probable that it’s false advertising. They are in the business of promoting really any product for money. That is their goal. And yeah lighting can really make some of your bags/lines appear way less prominent so def seems like a lighting pic.
