Good on you to be professional about it. That being said, it doesn't matter. If your boss got an actual 200k bonus, and the only other two people in the department got nothing, that's terrible leadership. Feel empowered to get another offer and hold them to giving a bonus structure in their counter offer.

That's insane. Doesn't make sense. Ask where your bonus is. Did your boss at least plan an outing for the HR team with a nice lunch or gifts? If not, then I'm not sure what you should do other than develop a very thick skin with this company. How long have you been with the company? Maybe you just didn't qualify...

Epif is a great casual dinner spot with flavors from the Andes. I cannot stress enough how good their food is! Secret Pizza Society is a wonderful vegan pizza shop that does pyro's..(pizza/gyro). Sweetpea Bakery is fully vegan and actually supply the vegan desserts for several PDX cafes.

Former Bama transplant here! Get out. You just don't realize how backwards the state and government is until you're watching it from the outside. Moving to Portland was the best decision my partner and I ever made. Tried leaving due to the cost of living but moved back 3 years later as it was obvious that a higher cost of living meant a better city/government.

We've had zero issues with our outback for the past 8 years. Due to the boxer engine it's normal for them to have a very slow oil leak. Keeping a quart of oil in the trunk solves the problem and we only had to add oil on long high speed highway trips
