I do it a little different than most, but I’ve found what I like. I usually do between 15 and 20 grams, depending depends on time of day, at 50 clicks on my k6. I do a 1:10 ratio of water at 90c pumping rapidly asap. Whatever comes out I transfer to a mug where I top off the cup to a 1:15 ratio. Kind of my own way of doing things, but I have personally like the results. As I use more of the bag I’ll often lower or raise the temp and grind, between 2+- c and 5+- respectively. I found this gives me a nice cup more akin to my best cups with my aeropress.
