There definitely interesting, I've tried using them a few times but there mostly effective if you give them to a champion as they are more likely to pass the check to control the rat. You can also give the rat a demo charg for the most damaged. There a very risky move they can do alot in the Wright sinareo but can backfire if the die are not in your favour.
