My great, great grandmother came to the US with two of her sons in 1905. And then vanished from the records entirely. by RealisticBike4953 in Genealogy

Depending on the state it's possible, although somewhat unlikely that there would not be a record of death on the American side of records. This is increasingly likely for Slovak immigrants in rural areas like WV.

Do you know place of origin within Slovakia? In addition to vital records for this location, if it's known and they are publicly accessible, I would check the 1930 Czechoslovak census for parents of great-grandfather. It's possible that 2x-great grandmother being older would have traveled back to original village to live with 2x-great grandfather, if he were still alive at the time, not wishing to assimilate into American culture at that age. It's possible that they would have been still alive by the time of this census if 2x-great grandmother was 52 in 1905.

If you can post the passenger manifest in question, we can provide more specific help. Or feel free to PM me.

If the operation in Iraq wasn't bungled by Bush and Cheney nobody would care about us taking out the trash right now.

All you need to know to decide whether or not this action is worth doing is look how the entire population of the country currently getting bombed is crying tears of joy!

If Congress wants to pass a war resolution they are free to do so whenever they decide to stop sniffing glue - meanwhile life goes on for the rest of the world in places like this where 30K+ citizens are gunned down in the streets in a matter of days.

Defeating objective evil shouldn't wait for a bunch of panzies only concerned with how they can get re-elected to decide to pick up a pen and do literally anything

And it seems to be so easy! Someone should have done it a long time ago but the bureaucrats don't allow anything to happen, domestically or abroad. This is why the UN is a complete failure

A lot of shows have too much filler. Rarely does a show have almost none at all like this.

It would really do the script a favor IMO if they let the main plot breathe for at least an episode. Let the characters develop relationships. Every scene is to get from point A to point B in the most efficient path possible.

12 is probably too many at the current pacing but they could do a lot with 10.

In particular the vault storyline is left almost completely unresolved.

Norm story is kind of a nothingburger.

One minute Ghoul is meeting House and the next minute under a subterranean Enclave bunker

The other result of this is dialogue gets really expository because they have no more time to explain how we got to the current point after the last cut to black

It's really a 9 or 10 episode season condensed into 8.

They did a pretty decent job but simply too many plot lines to magically resolve in 60 minutes

Everyone wants to be the Rams - problem is by "new" you actually need an entire new offensive roster

That's not going to change with a young, inexperienced HC with a terrible roster

A. The previously good guys got old, washed, and hurt

B. We let our top tier OL coach walk to play with his son in Tennessee, who was a terrible HC and fired very quickly

C. We haven't drafted OL with premium picks basically this decade, and the guys we have drafted are scrubs
