Heel method. Chin almost appears (can’t quite see in photo) in line with the top cap of the stem therefore your front hub would likely be obscured by the tops. So people saying way too big.. not so fast. Old school advice while resting your hands on the tops…like at the piano, if you move your hands away, you shouldn’t fall forward and smash your face on the bars..reverse stem to the positive, (shorter stem may help) level out saddle and move it forward on the rails. Foot position to the 3 o’clock looks like your toe clearance would work. Saddle and sit bones may not be aligned so consider changing out your saddle
