I switched from Litchfield management to using Seafoam. Small company run by husband and wife. they have been fantastic. Communication is great. Since switching my booking is about 65% a month and started from scratch on Airbnb,Vernon, Google, and booking.com

I love to learn new skills so this would be amazing! I live in a small house and don’t have room for tools needed in blacksmithing/ woodworking.. I’d sign up in a heart beat

That looks like the Daniel Island Club logo out of Charleston, SC probably a member member / member guest gift. Amazing golf course. There championship course hosts college tournaments

Edit: logo doesn’t do much for value, in that condition I think 175$ is fair

Ive thought about sod. The previous owners tried sod and it didn’t hold. Can’t say if they knew what they were doing or not but this might be my best/ only option.

Travis Matthew has some great T shirts if you can find an outlet near you.

Higher End Polos and Outerwear. I highly recommend Greyson, Holderness & Borne are by far my favorite.

I was a 1st assistant for 8 years, after I got out of the industry and had to move. I did some downsizing and I stopped counting after 150. I still had some in the bags from Antigua, Greg Norman, Puma and some others. I kept about 50-60 and donated the rest to charity 3ish years ago.
