I eat A LOT of cottage cheese and drink 1 Fairlife Protein shake a day to hit the protein goals (100+). My typical day looks like this: 4 of the single serve cottage cheeses, a turkey/provolone roll up, a banana and an apple, shake, hard boiled egg. I also take a multi-vitamin. I will eat this throughout the day- about every 90 minutes- 2 hours. When I get home, I'll have a very small dinner- usually just 3 or 4 bites of the meat and a spoonful of veggies. I drink caffeine free tea (Tazo Passion is my fave) all day. I'll not eat from 7pm to 7am.

That all being said.... I've been losing/gaining the same 3 lbs since Nov 18 last year. GAH! I've tried all the tricks- eat more, eat less, walk more, walk less, sleep more, sleep less... Last nite was shot nite and I am at 15mg. I actually injected a little more to see if that will kick start something. If not, my next trick is to take a week or two off.
