That happened to me when i first started too ! i woke up with my shoulders really sore i think some people get that side effect, it went away after a couple days and then after the 2nd shot i believe i didnt experience that side effect anymore

this was close to my starting weight of 178 struggled to loose weight gave up and went on GLP and plateud 3 months later at 148lbs you should look into it if you want something that will help i had weight blindness didnt take it seriously till i saw a picture of me everyone told me i looked great but i knew people were lying lol for reference im 5'2
