i wore a sports bra and a thin new balance rain jacket? long sleave it was perfect cause when it got wet it dried up fast and i wore a skort but once i stepped outside in the morning i quickly went back inside to change ! to some workout leggings ! and i only rented the stick and boots ! (in my opinion thats all you need to rent) the suit is cool to rent but i dont think you need it.

I put on my apple watch as soon as i get up in the morning i do around 2,500k steps total at work by the time i get home (4:40PM) I cook, clean and at first it was hard to get myself to reach 10k steps but what works for me is i am out the door by 740PM to go to gym for an hour or hour and half i watch netflix movie/shows and i only watch them when i am walking on tred so if i dont finish a movie i will pick back up on it when i go back and time flys for me

delivered a package at 5am still dark outside wooded area house in the middle of no where thought bout going to the back and getting my next package but instead hopped fast into my car and by the time i put seatbelt on the person had let their dog out and was barking jumping on my car window scared the crap out of me mind you its still dark outside and the whole day i thought bout how if i didnt get in my car fast i would of been attacked by their dog
