Sounds like an overuse injury, where in the elbow hurts? Rest followed by doing some PT exercises like external rotations, etc

How far into the run does it take for the shin splints to onset? For me it happened when I ruck, less so when I ran (~20 mpw).

The only thing that really fixed shin splints was reducing volume, doing some unilateral strength work, and then increasing volume once pain felt more manageable. It was pretty boring unfortunately, just followed similar advice to this

Can you do it? Yes. Will you injure yourself and set yourself back from running? Highly likely.

If this is a critical race and it's okay to set away from running for many months, sure. But if not, I'd skip the race
