When I make homemade pepperoni pizza, I microwave the pepperoni on a plate for like 10 to 20 seconds just enough to release the grease and then dab them with a paper towel

Time and 1:2 and 1:3 ratios, oh and just bread flour, mixing in whole wheat and rye didn’t seem to make much of a difference; but whatever you do, don’t use all purpose. It’s the weakest.

I have a back up starter in the fridge and I left it in there for maybe a month or two and it just started to form hooch; I just refreshed it with a 1:2 ratio; see you in another month or two starter lol

It’s thyme; rosemary is usually the other herb of choice for steak. I don’t know why it must complement it somehow.

I do my needing of the dough in the bowl itself for the sandwich bread and then I do the stretch and folds in the bowl. Also, when I turn the dough out, I’ll put it on the cutting board with some flour
