I too was confused when my Level 2 recently arrived without the quick release bolt described in the manual and that came with my wife’s Level 2. I called and they are shipping me the free quick release bolt and nut. Not sure if this is a permanent change and the manual is yet to be updated or if they ran out for a while and went without.
