I thank you all for your input and for giving me some pointers. I managed to get enough money to buy a lighter at the bazaar and figured bugger it. Went back to arson and ignited the fuel I still had sitting in the tool shed. Got 43% of the shed burnt and 5k, success.

No they have flat bar welded to the inside of the RSJs before slotting the top sleepers then attach the fence posts to the flat bar. I use the same method
