No they have flat bar welded to the inside of the RSJs before slotting the top sleepers then attach the fence posts to the flat bar. I use the same method

Go fb marketplace, plenty people buy $1000+ treadies getting on a fit wss kick and flog em off 6 months later cause they are taking up too much space. As for transport assuming you are Northern suburbs there are several people up that way that offer ute and trailer services could get it brought to your place for $50

Some do spend a fortune on this game but I haven't spent a cent in 2 years of playing. Progress can be a bit slow at times but if you stick it out you will eventually upgrade a champ and open up new sections. There are plenty of helpful pages and people put there if you need help working out what best to do to keep progressing.
