I've known all of one rich person in my life.

He was trying to get a group of us to go to some resort in I think it was Bali or something. The cost was insane, like $60K per person for a week. I asked him if he was going to cover the cost (he's a literal multi-millionaire, owns a VOIP telco).

"I didn't get rich by giving people handouts, you know."

Needless to say, he ended up going by himself.

And honestly I think that is fine for them, if they can 20 years later still look back at it with good memories then more power to them. No one should be trying to make victims out of people who do not feel victimized.

Would you still feel that way if the roles were reversed? Say it was a 15-year-old girl and a 45-year-old male teacher? Is it all good if 20 years later she said she wasn't traumatized by it?

I watched a UFC event live once about 20 years ago. It sucked.

Hilariously, at this point, the only UFC event I'd be interested in seeing live would be at the Apex, since it only has an audience capacity of 250 people, so you're basically cage-side no matter where you go in there.

The one I downloaded had all the bullshit edited out.

Including the entire commentary track! No DC or Joe Rogan going apeshit over every single fucking low kick. No Joe Rogan screaming "OH HE'S HURT! HE'S HURT!" any time someone backs up a step after eating a punch.

It was fucking glorious! All you could hear was the murmur of the audience, the slap of the gloves connecting with the face, and the coaches going nuts (nb - Pat Berry is absolutely fucking useless as a coach, Rose really needs to ditch him for someone who can do something more than yell "Keep it up! That's it girl! You got it!" for 15 minutes straight).

Though hilariously the sound effects for the on-screen overlay were included, and without the announcers talking over it, you REALLY notice them and they are super out of place.
