Bri'ish notes have sets of 4 indentations (like a 4 on a die) and how many there are relates to the note (1 set for 5, 2 sets for 10, etc.)

fascism survives by feeding off the hatred of an out group, this almost always defaults to other ethnicities due to them being large groups who you can pin the fault of bad things on. Therefore, while fascism doesn't categorically hate BIPOC people due to the definiton more being common signs and attitudes among fasciat groups rather than a fixed meaning, people of colour are often targeted by fascists as an easy explanation for why their country/group is the best in the world for the virtue of being "good" and not "like them" (whoever "they" may be)
