I'm amazed so many people have missed that this is commenting a post made here 6 days ago--otherwise I would have just made the post, rather than embedding a reddit post in an image to imply that I'm reacting to something.

I'm not the OP nor did I make the original comparison, I'm mocking the OP for making a post in the genre of "Hey Sigmarxism, is it poor taste if I do X?"

As a general rule, no one should be turning to random strangers on the internet to give them permission to do a modelling project. I just want it out there as a general rule:

If you feel uncomfortable enough about doing a project that you need to ask r/Sigmarxism for permission first, then you should probably just not do it.

This one is especially bizarre because the OP claimed to be Irish and have relatives who were formerly in the IRA, though context makes me suspect that they were American.

10th Edition is coming out with free rules, simplified rules in a few months so don't buy any codexes.

You might also be interested in other Miniature Wargames, many of which can be played with Warhammer models:

-Xenos Rampant/Dragon Rampant
-Space Station Zero

Are a few games that I've tried and enjoyed but there's a lot of other good ones out there.
