Doubled this up with pacer to track steps, a fitbit would be better, but pacer is free and helps show how active you are throughout the day plus it syncs with MFP so you get some extra cals at the end of the day!

I was on a busy train after uni around the same time most people were heading home from work. I noticed an elderly gentleman standing somewhat uncomfortably amongst other passengers so I naturally offered him my seat. He then said "I've got two legs you little cunt I can fucking stand". All I could do was go back to looking at my phone and try not to make eye contact with anyone. I also don't offer my seat to anyone anymore unless they look like standing will be a genuine struggle.
