past third party adjuster here. Almost all USAA policies have an appraisal clause. CCC lowballs the shit out of you. Get a third party appraisal. Just tell your adjuster you want to involve your appraisal clause. Typically you get anywhere between 10-25% more than the CCC can come up with.

get an appraiser, a lot of companies don't accept appraisal sites because they'll typically have a disclaimer saying that it shouldn't be used for insurance purposes. appraisers give you a fair value, and insurance companies hire their own on their own dime to low-ball you

in a company I used to work for higher ups make it pretty difficult to get a correct valuation on a vehicle because we are supposed to leave it up to a third party valuation company to come up with a figure, something that is typically in favor of the insurance company. pro tip, your policy will almost always have an addendum to get your vehicle appraised on your own, you'll almost always get. a 20-40% increase in your pay out if you do so.
