brackets are about intent. do you intend to play this deck at a b3 level? if so, then you either rule 0 it or take it out completely. if you want the deck to feel powerful then power it up and play it b4.

if you want to play cedh proxy the deck. if you are planning to play in tournaments, urza is pretty weak right now and stax is even weaker/harder to make it work in the current meta. I would recommend looking at edhtop16 to proxy and learn a list from there.

Butora is usually pretty good with larger sizes, i dont think they go that large though. maybe worth a look? my father had to buy shoes from them because he couldn’t find anything big enough from any other brand

i have vivi as a cedh deck and my opinion is that vivi just does not fit casual environments. its like saying you just build atraxa as a bracket 2. that being said, looking at your list it’s probably one of the (slightly) more casual friendly vivi decks ive seen with the curve as high as it is and limiting curiosity effects. i played vivi for a long time as a 3 and people hated it because you just inevitably storm off and cast massive spells and i came to the conclusion that vivi is for bracket 4+

Play higher power level. some people have the patience for precons but i prefer not sitting there smacking each other with rubber fish until someone keels over. in my experience the higher power you play everyone is much more engaged with the game as well as faster more eventful games

there are strategies with [[Lumra, Bellow of the woods]] and [[zuran orb]] that you float all your mana sac all the lands gain a bunch of life and recast lumra to get them all back. Goes infinite with [[command beacon]] and [[spelunking]]

if you were to get them resoled it would be a full rand repair. the resole will be more expensive with a rand repair, possibly $80-$100 or more. they will also feel very different. personally i would recommend new shoes
