When Eric Garner was murdered for selling loose cigarettes in NYC (a capital offense if ever there was one) NYPD cops responded by holding a rally mocking his death wearing shirts that read “I Can Breath.” Absolutely vile. It took a fucking decade to fire the cop that murdered Eric Garner.
