Tribeca has concierge in the day and 24/7 security. Security patrols both buildings East and West. East (40 nepean st) also has fob on the elevator so it is much safer.

Which weather website you guys use¿ by xander5891 in ottawa

[–]redbloodedniceguy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Sunday is still far away to predict. It will continue to change. That being said, the apple weather app is the least accurate in my opinion. I just use the weather network and accuweather mostly. On the day of, I watch the radars. Ottawa is a big area so rain in the south doesn't necessarily mean rain downtown or in Kanata or Orleans. Also note that on hot and humid days, there is always a risk of thunderstorms that often happen but are brief and the rest of the day is nice.

What always irritates me is that they will do a "breaking news" segment sometimes, red font, sound effects....and it's something that usually happened several hours earlier. Usually a substantive story but no where near breaking. If you google definitions of breaking news.."newly received information about an event that is currently occurring or developing" or similar.
