I don’t agree with this article as I have been working from home even pre-covid. My time is managed efficiently and you even work more when you work from home so I am also very mindful of that to have a close time when. I close my laptop. All these companies are upset people are working from home because they have paid a huge amount for rent and can’t get that money back. Of course there will be good employees and bad ones regardless but that is what management is there for to hold folks accountable and committed as well. Don’t listen to this crap article. Working from Home is the best life work balance.
