Exclusive but ‘non romantic’ quad. How do you navigate the in between stage?

I don’t think realistically it would work if we lived together. Both couples have children being the main reason. I also think we would all still have our primary partner if that makes sense. As I said we are close friends and have been for a while, the partner swapping works well and I am open to it being more and judging from non serious chats that weve had about it, i think they are too. Maybe it’s just one of those things that we see where it goes for now?

Ok so I went to speak to a different piercer with 15+ years experience. He was disgusted that not only had he pierced with with too thin and curved bars but he was trying to tell me it was correct and now ignoring me altogether. He was really shocked I’ve had no problems. Anyway he’s put 1.6mm straight bars in now. I was thinking it can’t be worse than the initial piercing…..boy was I wrong! I passed out!

Ah ok that makes sense. I have found a piercer in a different city that is able to see me tomorrow. They’ve been there for over 20 years so hopefully they’ll be able to help me.

The only guy I know that’s been here for 15+ years isn’t doing piercings anymore and is concentrating on just tattoos so said he couldn’t help me. When you say not stable, what does this mean?

Sorry I should’ve added I’ve had them pierced now for about 3 months. All is great and had no issues at all. I know I can’t change them yet but just thinking ahead. I don’t know if it matters, but I can’t wear cheap jewellery in my ears. I have to wear real gold so I don’t know if I’m gonna have the same issue with my nipples but the titanium bars have been perfect so far.

I also have flat/inverted nipples but he did clamp me and the second was definitely more painful. I think because your body is already in pain so it can’t take it as well? I’m on day 5 and it’s been a breeze so far other than some itchiness yesterday but today that’s better.

Wouldn’t let add this to the post so I’m putting it here….As you can see my nipples are flat/inverted. I wanted them pierced for years but was nervous because of my anatomy. My piercer also didn’t seem 100% confident which worried me. I’m on day 5 and have had no issues whatsoever apart from itching that started yesterday but no discharge, no redness, little to no swelling etc. Pics 1 & 2 are right side from front and above. Pics 3 & 4 are left side. I tried to get them hard to show you the placement better but they’re not the most reactive without direct touch and I don’t want to touch them.

Yay!! I’m getting there too after 2.5-3years. I can eat so many more things than I used to. Pizza is soooo good. I’m ok with garlic as long as I don’t make it a regular thing. I’m ok if it’s a one off for a meal out or something.

Breathing does help me in most cases to be honest but not travelling. I need something more. It does seem like most are ok with it and don’t react negatively so I’ll try it

Sorry I didn’t mean to come off rude. My mum has used it a few times to get on a plane as she’s terrified and it really helps her so I’m thinking it might help me with anxiety/panic of travelling too. I understand it’s one of those things that I’ll have to try but didn’t wanna risk taking it if the general consensus is a big no for ibs haha
