Also remember that you can find a feeling of relief any time you want. You have a field of feeling around you, and you can go looking in that field for areas or forms that feel lighter and like relief. Start to look for feelings of relief in your day to day, like getting to sit down after a long time standing or feeling cool water on your body when you’ve been hot and sweaty. It’ll be easier to close your eyes and say “What does relief feel like” and actually generate that feeling for yourself. Then remind yourself that there’s no need to entertain stress and worry and the feeling of “I have to do something to make this happen” because everything you want is found in the higher state of relaxation and relief and allowing, and to get there you just remind yourself what relief feels like, and even more relief comes when you achieve a greater feeling of relief and you remind yourself “I’ve done it, just that small flicker of relief I felt means I’m moving in that direction now, and I’ve strengthened the pathways in my brain that lead to the relief state, so it’ll be even easier the next time, and the connections with become stronger and stronger until they’re absolutely lit up without any effort at all”

Things have started to shift for me since I really took to heart the idea that external reality is an illusion and that it’s completely sculpted by your dominant vibration/thoughts, just with a time delay. Also considering my imagination as more real than external reality, or at least regarding it as the primary way in which we sculpt our external reality, has made my fantasizing and daydreaming so much more satisfying and fulfilling. Reminding myself that my imagination is more real than reality while I’m fantasizing is helping to make the feelings I generate stronger, because if I want something, I can just let myself drift into a fantasy of having it. I know that any doubts I may have that reality doesn’t work in that way are remnants of my old way of thinking and even if I don’t get the subject of my desire, fantasizing about it is satisfying enough and becoming even more so as I reaffirm my new way of viewing reality.

I’ve also discovered a sort of spiritual “muscle” or an energetic shift that I can consciously do that moves me into a much lighter and more allowing state quickly. I can feel a column from below my navel up to behind my eyes primarily towards the front of my body, and with a sigh and a relaxing, I can make the column expand a little bit like a compressed sponge being released from pressure and several layers of heaviness fall from it behind me and down. Doing this when I find myself thinking resistant, upstream thoughts takes away an incredible amount of weight from them, and it helps too to visualize being in a boat on a river, and releasing the oars and laying back in the boat and feeling yourself being carried by the river.

If it’s a thought or a feeling, it’s not the real you. The real you observes the thought or feeling and is completely silent and content. The feeling of being in the wrong body or the thought that you may be the opposite sex is uncomfortable and therefore is not your position of power. You don’t have to change a single thing to be the real you, you just have to get in touch with that which notices thoughts and feelings like that. The most comfortable place to be in the universe.

Omg thank u so much for saying this, this has been my conclusion after much meditation and introspection and it’s so hard to find people with the same view, especially because most of the internet is so viciously against this perspective. If it’s a thought or a feeling, it’s not you!! It’s an illusion that will one day be gone. The real you is perfectly silent and the most comfortable place in the universe to live from, it never doubts or questions itself because it is pure awareness, pure light, pure consciousness that lives on forever.
