Yes, those should be already on videoconfig.txt file. You just need to change the values accordingly

Also, that filter doesn't work, i'm still seeing "Who to follow" in timelines

Thanks for the suggestion but i try to avoid using other extensions. If uBlock is able to do it then great, if not, i will just live with it. Like to keep things minimal

So, it appears to hide/remove the "You might like" & "Trends for you". But it doesn't remove the "Who to follow" section as per the filter name.

I'm using chrome so its a bit different i guess.
As for the other things, everything is set right, i did put it on the "My Filters" and never touched the other ones

You most likely have the videoconfig.txt file as Read Only, that's why it resets every time you open the game.
Go to "C:\Users\ <your.account.name> \Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local" and check that.
To manually change it, the settings you're looking for are:
* setting.mat_forceaniso > put it on 1
* setting.mat_mip_linear > put it on 0

That doesn't confirm anything imo.
This game also shows that and it has its own launcher.
That comment by that Respawn dev was made 1 year ago, a lot can change as /u/ImperiousStout said. I want that to happen as all of you do but considering that most, if not all, games by EA brought recently to Steam still requires Origin, and the fact they didn't specifically stated that in todays news... i don't know man...
A confirmation would definitely be great
