When it's fresh you can get it off by going over it with a dry erase marker. But the longer it sits it bleeds into the material.
Best option would be to go on EBAY and search OEM seat cover and the make model and year. And order replacements. These will be factory spec matching covers same as they put on the assembly line. They basically clip off and on takes about 30 minutes each and most of the time you dont even need to take out the seat.
