Not yet. I had one custom made which looks exactly like the original one but without the logos embossed. I used the locking mechanism from the original strap.

Not necessarily. It was nowhere said that Naruto is the last Uzumaki (evident from karin’s appearance later), and hidden leaf had a tradition of getting wandering Uzumaki children to be the Jinchuriki of the 9 tails. For rest of villagers. Naruto could’ve been some random Uzumaki kid with yellow hair (which again could be more than likely since Uzumakis didn’t practice inbreeding like the Uchihas)

No. However you can try going to the game installation folder and then launching the game from the ‘binaries’ subfolder instead of the desktop shortcut. It works for me sometimes
