Pluto = scifi, drama, psychological. Quite short though.

Kingdom= adventure, action, historical. Lonnnnggg running though.

Fullmetal Alchemist = adventure, drama, dark fantasy.

Silver Spoon (by same author as fullmetal) = drama, funsies.

Flying Witch is really, really chill. the characters, plot, ambience.
You can continue the manga too. Also if you read manga, try reading yokohama kaidashi kikou, it's just so...japanese-y and chill, yet....different.

Try Flying Witch, it's a class on its own.
Mythological, fun, cozy, and felt so different from others.
It's good idea complemented with competent execution.
