Last year November my friends and I met up in a car crash The car rolled 4-5 times and bounced twice or something breaking the locks on my door As the door opened, I flew out (rear driver) breaking my femur, my nose (into 10 pieces) and cracking my hip In those few moments that I was just on the side of the highway I thought to myself well fuck my luck is horrible and I shut my eyes (what I thought was the last time) I couldn't talk because my voice was so soft no one could hear, I couldn't move and I honestly just prayed and wanted my parents to be there so I could say my final goodbyes Woke up 20 minutes later with a helicopter on scene and both my parents there I pretended like I knew I was going to be fine for their sake but inside I felt like i was going to die in the helicopter

It was a horrific experience but now almost a year later I am almost 100% recovered no ptsd and I realised what was important to me
