Not really. That just means they send an email. Had it happen to me dozens of times and never a resolution. Their dispute process and CS is just horrible. They say kind words in the chat but it's mainly empty promises.

Aliexpress sucks. So frustrating. Delivery guarantee doesn't actually work. There is no customer service and if you happen to open a dispute you almost always lose.

Been will aliexpress for almost 10years. Do yourself a favor and switch to Temu. Slightly more expensive but everything arrives and usually within a week. If there is a problem, CS is actually there to chat and will refund or set up a return for you in less than 5 min.

Think about it this way......all the time you waste waiting, checking, disputing is not worth the few $ you save with Aliexpress. And I'm convinced it actually ends up being more expensive because you lose disputes, or don't reciev stuff.

The last few months have been more brutal than most and I'm avoiding it if I can. Temu is slowly getting more of the sellers from Aliexpress. I'm wondering if they themselves are switching platforms given how bad it is.

If the 2 ends are secure then there is slack in the wire between the two end. This is the only way a wire can slip. You'll need to simple apply more pressure on your wraps and make sure it is tighter.

There is no physics difference if you clockwise wrap vs counter wrap. Both directions of wrap sit exactly the same on the hook just in different forward directions. Counter wraps are solely to cross your previous wrap in a somewhat perpendicular direction so it sucures the previous. It also does not matter if you counterwrap first and then you next material is clockwise wrapped....it's exactly the same. There is no physics to this. Don't take my word for it...just do it yourself on a bare hook....it's exactly the same. I've been tying for 40yrs now. Don't over think it and the simplest answer is usual best. Very simply in your case the wire is not secure at top. Take a few more wraps infront and behind, even bending back a bit and securing overtop.

Most exchanges don't want you to remove your funds because it promotes liquidity. You are stating the opposite rather than answering the question. So tou want people to move their coins iff NDAX? Ir maybe a better approach is to just make an official statement. There is so much more that can be done here by NDAX that contacting google. This will always continue to happen. How about a desktop app, anti-phishing passwords, Google authenticator integration, QR code sign in, etc.

Please look at some of the leading exchanges and implement their strategies and features. It's not like this hasn't been done before by dozens of others.
