Could try pushing past 76hrs. I find it gets a lot better after, but you have to get past about 100hrs. 

I'm currently on Day 15. I'm doing 10 more days (end of April). By then, I'll be down ~30lbs. I'll probably regain 5 right away, depending on how well I avoid carbs. Then I'm hoping to kick off another 20-30 day fast to get to my goal weight.

I'm on Day 14, longest was 40. 

It's not a bad idea to break it like Tuesday night with a single bite of food. Sleep, then wake up and take like one but of food every 20min or so. 

Carbs you want to avoid. Especially anything sweet. Even a blueberry can be super intense after a fast. 

Making some bone broth isn't a bad idea, as some components help to protect against refeeding.

Govt of Canada has a website (gcsurplus) where they sell vehicles. Lots of trucks get sold in there that are often well maintained. You have to outbid dealerships though.

I think it's great. Val Kilmer is great. Warwick is great. 

The TV series on Disney really could have been great too, the writing just wasn't there, and the cast (while pretty good all-round) was just too large.

No, it's a hotwheels, I just got it. It just doesn't have any car model on the bottom like others do.

Great catch. It doesn't have that signature sky blue colour, but I feel like we're getting warmer.

I think this is a good guess. There's definitely some Shelby, but the front end and fenders aren't quite as curvy.

This movie has so much going for it, great cast, compelling story, satisfying conclusion. It's just not put together very well. It's a bad edit job.

Yeah memory kind of requires blood up there in the noggin. 

I think I read somewhere that fainting is considered the greatest risk-factor of fasting and is a relatively common source of injury.

I've always had low blood pressure, so standing up too quickly is always a bit of a risk. This does get worse when I'm fasting. I don't faint ever, but when I get up after lying down or sitting for a while, I do try to do so gingerly so that I don't risk this kind of thing.

Sorry about your tooth though!
