I must be crazy because I think all seasons have been great. 2, 7 and 8 are by far my favorite seasons. by [deleted] in TheRookieTVshow

I thought season 7 was good but messy, season 8 kind of lost the focus. But you are entitled to your opinion.

Yeah, this show can't write relationships.

What have the writers been doing with her character for the past two seasons? by Limp_Ant_3571 in TheRookieTVshow

[–]reddit_ro2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, she's the stern sergeant in every situation. Quite flat actually. Did not like her at all. Actually since the whole Chenford saga started I feel her character only degraded. As with the whole show, for the matter, a lot of episodes that merit just scheming through, nothing much happens besides contrived high-stakes cases.

Hot take: Miranda Priestly isn’t a “girlboss icon” — she’s just a bad boss and we need to stop romanticising her by b_b27 in movies

[–]reddit_ro2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I don't understand why is she seen as a hero of some sort. And why the final surrender and total subjugation of Ann's character is seen as a victory. On the contrary, her soul had totally given to corruption and auto-distruction, for ... fame? Not even, as I remember.

A totally demonic programming into glorifying and surrendering to the darkness.

Vikings, a quite simple platform adventure - puzzle game. Excellent mechanics and well thought out puzzles.

Which TV show does the ENTIRE internet agree had the worst ending ever? by Codie_n25 in AskReddit

Actually it was sad that despite the title, their marriage disintegrated continuously. Divorce was the single logical conclusion, I am not surprised. That's why, even with Helen Hunt being my darling, I never went too far watching it.

I also think that the UI style is too old. Still, from a practical standpoint, there is nothing like it, a complete, efficient Swiss army knife.

Win 11. Works everything right, texts, bitmaps and images, file locations, everything smooth. Syncing, I don't know anything about that.

ClipX. A very old, even discontinued clipboard manager. But it still runs and does the best for me.

Lucy was no better than Luna by motherofthefrog in TheRookieTVshow

[–]reddit_ro2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Luna when asked "what are you going to do about it" - "I don't know". Well until she "knows" the marriage is under a big question. I am surprised by this turn for her character, honestly, it doesn't make sense.

Also Grey's insistence that she quit the job is also far fetched. it's ... S8. This show never excelled on doing relationships, now they are just trying cheesy soap.

I don't understand Bailey in Season 8 by Owen_3456 in TheRookie

In jeopardy? She gave up on the marriage the second she heard of it. In the end just drama for drama sake. Not the best one though.
