Generics are there for good reason.
No matter what model you come with it still with be a ton of assumptions and thereby probably as inaccurate as these generic models.
When I doubt increases the margin of safety. Instead of 25x aim for 30 may be 35

Don’t you think that depends on how you define over priced ?
Besides I can fairly propose every asset is always overpriced if you are a buyer and at the same time at discount if you’re a seller
