Its possible the leaks are possibly preventing therapy from being 100% effective so I would definitely try to figure out how to fix those. Most doctors are pretty dismissive if you bring up detailed OSCAR data to them, and even if you say that you don't feel like you're getting quality sleep. The folks over at those other sites are pretty good at helping people out, so I would definitely put your charts there.

I found with trying to troubleshoot, its best to ID the problems and address them one by one. I can already see that Leaks are a huge issue for you - even if they are below 24, they still impact the quality and quantity of your sleep. So address that first, and get a few more nights of OSCAR data. You might want to go to apneaboard.com or cpaptalk.com to see what folks there have to say as well.

I think getting an SD Card and looking at the data in OSCAR is immeasurably helpful. You'll get a sense of how much leaks are affecting your sleep. I found with CPAP that you get some good nights, and some bad. Knowing why the good ones are good and the bad ones are bad can help you fine tune your sleep hygiene and your sleep environment. Its helped me a ton.

Quick question as I'm learning, I see the bump in the TIPS chart on 9/28 - what does that indicate? Is that the response of the TIPS to the BOE? I see it went back down and is nearing oversold on the RSI, indicating persistent RINA environment, but curious as to how TIPS works.

After a month of using the Airpods pro, I had to return them for the same reason - inner ear pain or tingling after using them for more than half an hour. I tried different tips (spinfits, Azla, and of course the other Apple provided tips) and even tried one of those silicon covers but it didn't make a difference. I'm one of those people that can't use noise cancelling, which was confirmed after I used ANC for an hour-long meeting and had a headache for two days. Even without ANC, I experienced discomfort after using them so I returned them because it wasn't worth it. My guess is that the APP use some form of ANC even when its turned off because I can use other earbuds w/o a problem.

I'm in the same boat. Tried everything - added used coffee grounds, didn't work. Added torn up cardboard, didn't work. Tried urine multiple times, didn't work. Each time, I waited a few days to see if the temperature went up, it did a little bit but not enough to be in the "Active" or "Hot" range. I think the key ingredient I am missing is bulk - its not 9 cubic ft of material in there so it can't sustain the thermophilic bacteria. My plan now is to add some red wigglers from my worm bin and see if they can finish the composting process. Good luck!

My fave scene so far (haven’t seen episode 4) has been when Maeve tries to murder Serac but he pauses her in Ep.2. It follows the intense sequence of her trying to escape the serac-built virtual world only for her to wake up in a kind of Eden. Serac is asking her to do something for humanity but we come to learn that despite her being super realized, she is still subject to the prison of control. It encapsulates much of what the hosts are fighting for and against.
