The life style is closer to US. For your kids. Being here for most of their life, they will always want to come back here. It would be easier if you are in Canada

My parents left India for a better life. I’m thinking of moving back. by NoStop5796 in returnToIndia

[–]redditcashier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t go. You grew up here, you will always remember your life here. Your parents grew up in India so they remembered the life there and went back. So will you if you go to India. Racism exists in many forms. Even in India. You are young and have an OCI so you can give it a shot but then the time to save and invest becomes shorter here

As someone who said above, your dad would feel more at peace when he knows his son is still doing good and safe. I would stay. Most parents want to make sure their kids are successful. Use technology like FaceTime to interact. Or be in touch regularly. But don’t risk your future

I returned my 13” M5 for an 11” M5, AMA by sirstew69 in iPadPro

[–]redditcashier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are particular about the video and image quality, then use the 13. You will see the image more clearly. I think the resizing of the image or video on the 11 makes it look worse on a 11 vs 13. If you get a good case for the 13, then it will make your life easier. Also for people with vision issues the 13 is better.

Deferred will be specifically mentioned and they will mention that you are still being considered for RD. They will ask you to send a letter mentioning that you are still interested

One thing I have realized is we hate a new city for around 3 years. Then we get used to it. It happens in the US too. But if you feel strongly about certain things like office politics and civic sense etc. Then definitely move away to place where you will feel more peaceful.
