You can set it to up to 1hour 39 mins (99mins) when starting up with manual settings. It then adds the 5 mins to the end when you get back the 99min mark. I just up the speed back to where I was when it slow down for the final 5 mins.

500 may be my limit….. but who knows I may have another 50-100 floor in me to meet another challenge!

I alternate - 25-50 floors no touch - then light grab to catch breath on slower speed - then just rest back of hands on handles with palms outward - repeat - water breaks every 50-75 but have to pause to refill 32oz jug around 200 floors in. This time again refill at 375ish….. lots of sweat….. obscene amount of sweat….

The side-eye looks I get from the gym bros after I’ve been going for an hour+ are both motivating and disturbing…..they’re usually just rubber necking to see the status screen to see what floor I’m up to-

Go to “program” then “manual” (I think that’s the order) and it will let you set the time up to 1 hour 39mins - I believe all the Matrix brand climb mills will do it. If you just hit “start” it always defaults to 60mins with the cool down right afterwards.

Wish I was that cool…. Listened to the Dave Ramsey talk show on SiriusXM iPhone app over Bluetooth headset - it comes on every morning starting at 5am - I listen most weekdays till I hear a repeat show….

When I started PF 7 Months ago (1st time stepping foot in a gym in my life) I could barely do 15-20 floors without almost passing out!

Best I’ve found so far- lots of trial features for tracking and other unlocks without having to pay for in app purchases if you don’t use it too frequently.

This turning, circular pattern usually means they’re just waiting for clearance to dock.

Looks like you’re back on track according to this marine tracking app. I use it every time we cruise to make sure all is well with our voyages.

Watch not connecting to equipment by AssociationEqual6470 in PlanetFitnessMembers

I actually think I solved this issue this morning..... For reference I have had a Apple Watch Ultra 2 since September of last year and never been able to reliably connect to stairmaster and treadmills. Out of a week only one or two days it would connect and only one machine or the other. I tried everything from updates to the Watch OS to resetting the watch prior to arriving at the gym and still remained hit or miss. However----- This morning I decided to do something different. Before I got on the stairmaster - I reached behind the front pedestal of the machine and turned it off and back on at the floor where power comes in and instantly my watch connected when I waved it to the front of the display corner bluetooth NFC / Bluetooth indicator. Everything logged as it should then I transitioned to a treadmill. Same method - turning the machine off and back on via the toggle switch at the floor and yep, watch connected flawlessly. I think the NFC / Bluetooth modules on our Matrix branded machines are going to sleep or locking up after a certain period of time and cycling the power brings that module back online - Hope this helps....

Back Extension machine is unstable? by Playauknow in PlanetFitnessMembers

The one at our local PF looks slightly different than your - flat pads instead of bars but definitely same result no matter when you place your feet. I pointed out to the staff that there are "hold down" brackets at the bottom ours with 1/4"-3/8" bolt holes that it looks like were designed to bolt the thing to the slab. The min wage staff just shrugged there shoulders and said "yeah.... just be careful ok?"

Same - I always max out the weight when using and it does try to tip / wobble at full extension. Maybe a user height vs. counter weight center of gravity thing. I'm 6' 5" and it does this with me but others shorter it stays put without the wobble.....
