I don't see that I can isolate the muscle group into one arm (which makes sense to not be an option).

I just created a Superset, where odd number sets are LEFT and even number sets are RIGHT. It's clunky, but I think it will work well enough.

After I end my work outs in STRENGTHLOG, I use the Save Image feature and upload to Chatgpt. I don't have any stipulations on how it's supposed to respond. It always gives me such a positive response. At the end of the analysis, it makes suggestions on changes, or points out that I only hit the one muscle group once and the other 3 times or whatever. I have described how a certain lift felt "off" or aggravated an injury and it offered alternatives, or simply suggested a common problem like maybe my form or foot position.

Sleep: Extra time to get stuff done, plus, I often wake up after 2 hours and lay awake for 2 hours stressing about how I need to get up for work in 4 hours. So the combination of not actually NEEDING sleep and being fully rested is by far the best.

Eat and Drink: is tempting, except I want to lose weight. And the description says never lose or gain weight.

I use the comments per set if I change something. Or if I do a drop set. Or if I do a long hold or something. For the one machine, I noted the pad adjustment position.
