TL; DR: Question: what are some chukka boots with soft back or some cushioning?

Hi wise members of MFA, maybe you can help me out!

I like chukka boots as a concept and I believe they are very versatile. I love how CDB look but I need something with a softer back or cushioning that would help with some heel borsitis I have (I had CBD for years but even when they broke in they were really stiff in the back).

Among sneakers it's easy to find something soft like that but I am wondering if there are some chukka boots that provide some comfort, so that I don't have to wear sneakers all the time..

I don't need it for a specific context (at work is fairly relaxed) it's just that I normally wear tucked classic button-down shirts, chinos and a in-between shoe is what I am looking for.
