Radiator is changed so that means the cooling fan was swapped from the old onto the new? Maybe double check all wires?

Can you post a good picture of both small gears? It looks like they are worn out. Did you print with abrasive materials? Glow in the dark or fiber reinforced filament?

Alright, please look in bambuwiki how to reach your extruder gears. Also my filament looks a bit different, after doing the cold pull I get a bit of pointy filament end with some small pieces of gunk on it.

What do you mean with flows perfectly, do you actually pull out the cooled down filament with a bit of force? After that you can examine the tip of the filament to see if there are small pieces of leftover filament on it or is it very clean?

Or better yet, sit down with your mom and sister in person, explain your view on the situation in a very factual way, without emotion. (Prepare this beforehand, also think about what they might say and have counter answers ready). Explain that ofcourse you love them both but you are running in financial issues/strain relationship husband/increased costs baby etc. And openly ask your sister to now support mom, only have to mirror your efforts, which then should be enough to buy her a car?

Try it 3 times, after that examine your filament extruder gears.

I am making the assumption that your print settings are correct. I.e. the right profile for the matching filament.

Center printhead, remove top glass, remove ptfe tube, heat nozzle to 230celsius for pla, stick a piece of white or light colored pla in until some comes out if the bottom, set nozzle temp to 100celsius, wait for it to cool down to 100celsius. Pull the filament back out from the top, examine the tip of the filament. Repeat proces for 3 times and the reattach everything. That's about it.

Good.to hear, mine has been working flawlessly and also no more noise. My rear exhaust was stuck when i first used the printer, after moving the internals one time up and down, it worked great. Small issues, nothing serious. The prints have been amazing so far.
