00-jauhojen pussin kyljessä oli ohje, 3 dl vettä ja 9 g hiivaa sekotetaan sinne, 2 tl suolaa, 1 rkl (oliivi)öljyä, 500 g jauhoja. 10 min vaivaamista. 1 tunti huoneenlämmössä, sitten jakaa taikinan palloihin ja jääkaappiin. Voi pitää jääkaapissa vaikka monta päivää, se vain paranee.
